PRICING GUIDE

Our fees are based on the following fixed fees, with no hidden costs.

WILLS

​Our Wills, which include Inheritance Tax advice, are:

£295 + VAT for a simple single Will

and £495 + VAT for simple mirror Wills for a couple.

​

For those wishing to include a Trust in their Wills the fees are:

£395 + VAT for a single Will

and £595 + VAT for a couple.

​

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY (LPA)

​For those wanting either a Property & Affairs LPA OR a Health & Welfare LPA the fees are:

£210 + VAT each (single client)

or £375 + VAT each (couples).

​

For those clients wanting both types of LPAs, the fees are:

£350 + VAT (single client)

and £495 + VAT (couples).

​

PROBATE

​We can apply for Probate only and our fees for a non taxable estate without foreign assets are £1,600 + VAT

and for a taxable estate without foreign assets are £2,500 + VAT.

If you require a full administration service, our fees start from £5,000 + VAT. 

We do not charge a percentage of the estate.

Disbursements are payable in addition to the fees and a list of these will be provided on request.

​

We accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.
